When we were with my niece in Phoenix, she went out shopping and purchased over $100 USD in groceries. Just like on the video, after she gave the cashier all her coupons her bill came out to less than one dollar! I was amazed!
I guess anyone can do it, it's just that most people don't take the time that's necessary to cut out the coupons and buy the items when they're on sale, etc.!
